As a child, he would listen to his grand-father recounting endless stories about the time when he was the director of the famous Maison Jansen in Roma. Between the ages of 5 and 10, Marc used to spend hours in the Château de Versailles next to his father who was renovating the room of the King and the room of the Queen. As a teenager, Marc was already designing imaginary worlds, drawing houses, pieces of furniture and towers which would then give rise to thousands of models.
In 2010, after a twenty-year career in events management and financial medias, Marc Abelin decided to set up his own design agency.
